Service’ means any service notified under the section-4 of the ARTPS Act , 2012( As amended).

“Designated Public Servant” means an officer as notified under section 3 of the ARTPS Act in respect of relevant notified service. An appeal shall be disposed of by the First Appellate Authority within a period of 30 days of its receipt.
